We believe Indian craftsmanship is not a tradition of the past, but a living practice with global relevance.

Our roots are in Moradabad, where skill is learned over generations and craft is shaped by hand, time, and knowledge. Since 1986, this work has travelled steadily from India to homes, retailers, and design spaces around the world.

At Raíz, we work with the conviction that Indian craft belongs in contemporary global homes. Not as ornament or nostalgia, but as thoughtful, functional design. We respect tradition, but we do not preserve it unchanged. We refine it with intention, clarity, and purpose.

The making happens in Moradabad, in our own facility, with craftspeople who have worked this material for decades. Each piece is developed with care, balancing handcraft with techniques that allow the work to endure at scale without losing its character.
