Return & Refunds

We have a 15 day return policy. At Raíz Studio, we strive for excellence and customer satisfaction with every purchase. If your experience does not meet your expectations, please contact us at sales@raizstudio.in. Our team is committed to resolving any issues through replacements, refunds or store credit to maintain your trust in our products.

We provide replacements or refunds under the following conditions:

  1. Incorrect Product Delivery: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will promptly replace it with the correct product or refund your purchase, depending on your preference.

  2. Damage During Transit: If your item is damaged during shipping, we will either replace the damaged item or issue a refund to ensure your complete satisfaction.

To initiate a refund or replacement, please contact us at sales@raizstudio.in or through our "Contact Us" page. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and attach pictures or videos of the product. 

Our goal is to ensure that each interaction with Raíz Studio reflects the high standards of quality and craftsmanship valued by our artisans and customers alike.

Refunds/ Replacement

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the replacement/refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or send a replacement product. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds will be done via Razorpay.
